This is probably the worst brand new computer that I've bought. It constantly lags, takes too long for the system to do a basic a*s function, and it shuts down on its own, and no one from tech support can seem to figure out what the issue is. Because the system is so slow, its beyond frustrating when you're trying to get work done. To give you an idea about the level of lag/slowness...imagine you are having a conversation with someone, however it takes them 30 seconds to think about their response before they actually say it. You want to scream at them "CAN YOU HURRY UP??!" Yeah. That's the equivalent of this machine. At some point, you just have to walk away from it. So, for anyone considering buying this machine...don't.

Good, basic laptop for internet, email, and everyday word processing and spreadsheets.

Awesome laptop, exactly what I needed for light web Schering and documents to type up.

Laptop is fine/quick/easy to use. Infinite number of settings to deal with (for my own "privacy" using my own computer for my own purposes). Windows updates take control & occasionally cannot even access computer for hours to days at a time! Have to be ON the computer to get help troubleshooting. Brilliant!
