Amazing computer. I use it with office and surf the web and it is fast. I think this will not work with any design program like photoshop or autocad.

This laptop has given me what I need for home and on the road. It is what I have needed for a while now and I am very happy with it.

the texture of this laptop keeps it from slipping, it was a great value for HP. Appreciate the black to resist fingerprints and constant handling!

I like it it great for social activities and college students. I also like it because it has enough storage space to download my pics and files.

I think others mentioned remove bloatware a fresh clean install of windows and it does what you need on a basic level

Cheaper laptop was low Memory. Was slow and chunky. Difficult to have multiple things running at once. Had to upgrade after only a few months.

The laptop comes with everything you need. Has a DVD CD player. It's light and compact. The keyboard is durable and is with Bluetooth capable.

Have had the laptop for over a year and no problems. Keep up with your antivirus and Windows updates and shouldn’t have a problem.

I'm a big fan of HP products. I love all the features of my computer and the setup was very easy. I'm going to buy another one for my grandson.

Bought for eleven year old daughter. Works well. The only complaint is the constant updates that it keeps doing that takes up time. Otherwise good computer for a first time for a child.

I have always had Dell computers in the past , but am enjoying the new HP laptop. the price was great and have enjoyed the larger screen size.

This is an excellent product, but I my daughter loves it, and I can use it as well because it's fast and I can have as many programs as I need

Bought this for my 8 year old cousin and it runs really slow. We can be right next to a WiFi router and it still will not pick up the signal.

I am giving the review 2 stars because the laptop reboots on its own. I purchased in February for school and on 2 occasions when I was taking a time proctored test the laptop shut off on me. It had not been powered on long and no notifications to warn of the reboot. I took in to best-buy and was told it needed to be sent out to HP. At the time I was in the middle of school and was unable to be without my laptop so I had to deal with it. Its unfortunate that I had to experience this within 2 months of purchasing the laptop.

I liked the computer but we have had a very difficult time loading programs like Facebook and Aol. Wish there were less programs we dont need and more emphasis on things we use a lot.

Overall, the HP 1 isn’t an impressive machine. It delivers a good value at an affordable price thanks to the decent processor and a good selection of usable features.

I had the previous version of this computer and am happy to have the upgrade now! Haven't played with it too much yet but so far so good!

I bought this laptop for my college student she needed more storage space and a bright big beautiful screen she loves it,it moves quickly

Laptop has enough power for all his homework assignments and large enough screen for watching Netflix
