Our laptop is great! Works fast, love the touch screen!

I have officially upgraded myself to Windows 10!! It took awhile to get use to the.. power button is weird bc sometimes I do not know if I am pushing it hard enough — I wish there was a brighter indicator power light.. the touch screen has just the right sensitivity.. but for me me and my use- it works.

This computer is great! It has a nice large touch screen, great sound, and it is a great everyday computer. I have always loved hp products. They are a great quality. Love the keyboard design as well. It is light weight and thin. Very easy to travel with.

At first setup was a little challenging but as with everything it takes time to adapt. Windows 10 takes getting used to; especially when coming off of Windows 7. I did think the laptop was a little pricey because I had to settle for a 15" screen instead of my desired 17" screen.

This PC is great for the price and great in speed.

Very capable Windows 10 touch screen computer. Affordable price with ample RAM, large hard drive, and Intel Core i5 chip. It easily does everything I do with my laptop. Plenty of USB ports and an optical drive too. It is not too heavy, and the battery life is good. I am totally satisfied with this purchase.

We bought this as a gift for my daughter as a graduation gift. A really nice laptop for the price point. I am planning to purchase another one for myself later. Perfect for web surfing and light after-hours work. I would recommend this for most users.

I had to replace my Toshiba Sattelite which I loved then I found this HP laptop and it's so easy to use and faster than my old one..I was skeptical at first but I am glad I bought it thanks to my nephew who recommended it..

My wife and I each purchased one of these HP laptop computers. We both are highly pleased with the speed and flexibility of these machines. We primarily use them for email, Microsoft programs, surfing, and online ordering.

Bought to replace old Toshiba. Lightweight, good size screen. Just needed for surfing the internet, streaming music,movies and doing some light work in office. Great price for what I needed.

Very user friendly, newest 8th generation I5 with touch screen and DVD/CD tray and a large hard drive, features that are hard to find today in 1 laptop. A good laptop for the price on sale when it first came out. And with the knowledgeable staff and support of Best Buy, a no brainer!

I really like the performance of this laptop. The look is also sleek and lite. I struggled with not buying one with an SDD drive but the cost for faster boot-up and launching software wasn't enough to sway me. It boots plenty fast and runs great!

Not a bad laptop. The touchscreen is much nicer than i anticipated. However the lack of a backlit keyboard creates a problem when trying to type in the dark. I would buy again only if they updated and included a backlit keyboard.

I had found my 17" to just be too big a lot of times when I used it, so I opted for this smaller (and less powerful) machine. So far I am happy with it, and the switch from an i7 in the 17" to an i5 in this laptop hasn't produced any noticeable slow down in performance.

This computer is ideal for my purposes: surfing the web, ordering online, and paying bills. It is exactly what I told the employee I was looking for in a computer. I will say, though, the battery has to be charged more often than I like.

Bought 10 of these to use at work. All 10 came in from different locations but each worked beautifully. Am pleased with the touch screen, the dvd and they still have replaceable batteries. Not many laptops in this price range still have that feature. Would buy aging

Picked this up for my granddaughter and she is very happy with it. Was easy to set up right out of the box, light weight, sturdy, and is nice looking. Comes with a DVD player, touch screen, plenty of storage, and ram to run your programs. The screen has a good display.h

This laptop works well for school projects. I like the the touchscreen a lot. It makess it easier to zoom in and zoom out as I need to look at small writing for books. I would recommend this to other people who are going to college

Computer had good reviews. Had all the features we need for our home and granddaughter which will be used for school work . the system specifications was just what I was looking for A lot of computer for the price if performed great
