I was really hoping for a gem when I purchased because HP is a known brand for quality and performance but I was disappointed. I'm not very computer savvy so this review won't be very technical. My two major disappointments with this laptop were the battery life and the handprint stains. I don't know if I received a dud but this laptop seems to lose battery life very quickly. I could put the laptop to sleep at 60% the night before and when I wake up it could be at 8% or 5% even though it was in hibernation. I have no clue how the battery drains so fast. Even so once I unplug the charger it doesn't take too long for it to go from 100% to 88% with me simply surfing the net. My other disappointment is the material the laptop was made from that causes the oil in ones hand to leave handprints on the laptop. I don't know if this is common for all laptops or most but it is a pain to keep the laptop free of hand prints. Lesser disappointments, that are more tolerable, are the graphics, the lag in performance and the slow process that the pin screen takes to appear. All in all I expected better with HP. Maybe I chose the wrong model of HP laptop. I don't know. However, I'll try my luck with a Dell next time.

This laptop was a purchase for my daughter who had issues with an older laptop. The combination of features is more than enough to help her run her small business. Has all the features and power of an older, former top-of-the-line laptop at half the price.

this laptop is excellent if you want a thin and reliable device. Though it gave me a small Blue Screen of Death issue at first this was just because all the updates had not finished. I would recommend this laptop to anyone who wants cheap but good product.

This is the first laptop I ever owned and nicest I ever used for the money. Performs fine for what I do but my favorite parr is the touch screen since all I've ever used is a cell phone it was easy too get use to,

Bought this back in 2018. It is still running great. I am now doing my "work from home" projects and have not had any issues at all. I was happy with the price and fairly easy setup.

I am coming up on a month of using my new laptop. I am very happy with it. Windows 10 took some getting used to. The laptop processes applications very quickly. The hard drive is large enough, that I consolidated two other laptops onto this new one, and I can access all data and multiple email, contacts and calendar accounts (using MS Office 2016). The laptop is very light in weight, but I wanted the 10 key on the wider keyboard. I have traveled with it, and the only drawback is that the screen can be opened up only so far, so it was a little cumbersome on the plane to use. Sitting at a desk or table, it's perfect. Screen resolution is very nice, but I prefer to use a mouse or touch-pad vs the touch-screen (fingerprints and smudges). It's a great laptop and I'm very pleased with it so far. It's highly recommended.

This is a great basic computer for my needs. The touchscreen works seamlessly with a mouse. Quick start up and load time. Restarting isn’t a frustrating process like it used to be for me because of the speed. All in all a great computer.

I love my new lab top. I love that I have the option to use the touch screen & the picture quality is fabulous. The only issue I’m having is with the charger not wanting to connect to the computer sometimes.

The equipment meets this in perfect condition, with good storage space of 1 terabyte, large processor and touch screen, I have several computers that I have bought and I have not had any failure in this regard, I highly recommend it

I am so in love with this HP Touch Screen fast laptop. As a computer geek I can run an Android Emulator and then simulate all of the Android touch screen characteristics using the laptop's touch screen... wow!

I needed a laptop for one of my employees so that she could work from home. This was the perfect laptop for that and the price was fantastic!!

We bought this machine mostly for Ancestry use and associated research. Great Speed on our cable connection using WiFi. Set up was easy. (This is actually the second one of this machine we have purchased for the house.)

My daughter “set up” my HP computer saving me a $40 Geek Guys charge.......of course, now I owe her Cocktails! I’m still adjusting to the touchscreen; even though I have an IPad & IPhone, my old Dell was not touchscreen.

When you need a quality computer without all the flash this is the one. Hooks up easily to an external monitor or TV so I can add an additional display for work. Can't beat this for the price

My HP is great. The cost was affordable and the features are outstanding. I needed a laptop quickly because my old one would not keep a charge. I found this HP at Best Buy with the help of a friendly associated.

This is an easy to use computer. Great for beginner. It is a lightweight computer, it feels so thin it would break if it is dropped. I would not recommend for use by young children.

I'm sure at some point I will love it, now I'm not crazy about Windows 10. I thought I should get it so when my Windows 7 succumbs I will be ready. My problem is not with the computer, it is with Windows 10.

Great laptop with many features and worth the price. Touch screen and an i5 processor is a plus.
