I needed a less expensive option and this definitely meets my need. The only down side is the weight. Very heavy. Yet, ver fast and great screen

I live my laptop. It does everything that I want it to do. Do NOT download the McAfee "anti virus". Its a complete waste of time and I had to call the customer service line the first time it downloaded. They tried to tell me that I had some crazy virus and someone was trying to access my computer remotely. I had just turned the thing on. I reset the computer to default settings and started over. I did not install the "anti virus" the second time. I now do not have any problems now.

My other laptop died unexpectedly and, on the recommendation of the salesman, I bought this one. This is much faster than my old one and I am enjoying the touch screen.

I purchased this laptop as a gift for my daughter. She absolutely loves it. It's simple to setup and has everything she needs. Best of all, it's also a Touch Screen!

Don’t get me wrong, this is no super computer but it sure does output a lot . I use it for djing and it works phenomenally great especially when I’m on a video call .

I was in the market for a computer to do online classes and with the help of an Best Buy associate I decided to purchase this one. Touch screen is super convenient!

Computer is fast with the 8th gen I5 processor. Laptop boots up quickly compared to my last laptop. Lightweight and ultra portable. good value for the price I paid.

I bought this computer to use for work. It does a great job connecting to my work url and am able to complete my tasks. Pros: quick, easy to use, easy WiFi connect. It doesn’t come with all the bells and whistles, which I don’t need. Cons: if you run out of ink in black or color, you have to replace both. I don’t use color and it prompts me to replace it. I don’t like the auto order messsage for ink popping up all the time when ink runs low. I’m sure you can turn it off though. Over all a great buy and I’m satisfied overall!

Very pleased with this laptop. The keyboard has a nice feel and the speed is such an improvement over my old one. The unit is so light and the screen is very sharp.

First laptop I've bought and I have not regretted it. It is fast, reliable and easy to use. Even has touch screen! Keyboard types well too.

This HP is pretty good, certainly not the best. I like the touch screen feature. Overall, its a good bargain for a good computer.
