I love the power of the M5 Chip and 48Gig RAM. This is the most amazing laptop/computer I've ever owned. I wish Apple had included a touch-screen on this model. I'm not sure why they don't seem to believe in that feature.

Finally had to break down and get a new MacBook after 11 years. I am really impressed with it overall, the response of programs and start-up are really quick, the battery life has been amazing. Sound is great from the speakers, While it is a little heavier than my last one I am not gonna consider that an issue at all.

This computer is state-of-the-art. Super-fast with a great display. Handles graphics and video editing with ease -- that why we got it in the first place... other machines just could not keep up with what we were doing with video editing.

I have been hesitating to purchase a new Laptop but was pushed into it. Btw PC or Mac and I chose to stick with old faithful and that she is!!!! Speed, look, operating .... Excellent !!!! Highly Recommend!!!!

So far I love the laptop. The sign with the fingerprint is very useful, The color on the photos are incredible and I'm happy with the performance and the size of the laptop

What an incredible machine. The new M5 pro is just incredible and the T 5 ports, don't even get me started. From top to bottom I LOVE this machine. Then to top it off, I saved a few hundred dollars by getting an "open box" unit. It was spotless and in perfect condition. Love it Love it Love it.

Very happy with my purchase. So far, it doesn't appear to be any faster than my M3, particularly with Adobe products or when it comes to ejecting hard drives and sd cards. Looking forward to many years with this powerhouse.

Fabulous laptop, huge screen and very fast processor

Perfect for everything, I wish to buy the Macbook Pro M5 Max but gifted myself with this one and I am only glad for my choice. The best choice if you need a longer battery life with great productivity, because the M5 Pro chip consumes less energy than M5 Max.

MacBook being an advanced technology Hi Phil, should have cellular compatibility. Other than that, it is an amazing advancement compared to older generations

I would like to say BRAVO to this crew at this particular location. I have been to two in Nashville and felt like a problem to workers there. I know how busy it gets since there aren’t many locations anywhere anymore but the crew at this one makes us feel like we are so important. Chase has been exemplary with his customer service and helpful suggestions. He is always kind and welcoming and I KNOW he wears several hats there. He is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. I haven’t dealt with anyone there that makes me feel rushed or like a burden. I don’t have everyone’s names but some I have been helped by consistently are: Carolyn, Hasani, Malik, Javi, Moe, Sean, and so many others. It could be anything from actual working with us to a friendly smile, kind word and a greeting that makes us feel welcomed. I've been using the MacBook Pro 16" M5 Pro for a few weeks now and it genuinely impresses. The performance is in a completely different league — heavy workloads, multiple apps, demanding tasks — it handles everything without breaking a sweat. But what really stands out is the battery. I'm routinely getting through a full day of work without reaching for a charger, which I never expected from a 16" machine. It's not just powerful, it's efficient in a way previous laptops never were. Well worth the investment.

I purchased the 16 inch MacBook Pro for my son who will be going to college this fall. He can’t stop talking about it. He loves the Touch ID, being able to mirror his phone, the speed is super fast, loads web pages easily. The screen is very clear, easy to read, thin and lightweight, Fits perfect in his backpack. Very happy we purchased, watch for sales at Best Buy and talk to a salesperson, they are super helpful. I really don’t have anything negative to say, it’s a great product. You will love it!
