It's a really nice computer and I got a really good deal on it. But the built-in software interferes with my visual software so I'm not sure this is going to be the right computer for me. Still a nice computer over all.

My husband has cut the cord from his PC to a laptop which he did with great trepidation; however, he is very pleased with his laptop selection and now appreciates that level of independence the laptop provides.

THIS computer is lightweight and easy to take to classes. The speakers are crisp and clear. The keyboard has a light touch and easy for older students to use, I like the ease of setting up the wifi in my home.

I could have spent twice as much to get the fancy computer that bends itself into a tablet and has a touch screen but I decided I really just need a good solid computer for home use. So far it works great.

Seeing as I need a pc for personal reasons only this is more than sufficeint. Most of my work is email, news, and doing research for daily life things and skypeing with friends I am quite happy with it.

Overall I like HP laptops period; however, this one has had its quirks. Still satisfied with it. Have the Geek Squad protection plan for it and the service for one year and wouldn't be without it.

the pc is fine just what I expected from HP but had to purchase a very expensive network security software package from Microsoft before they could or would load office 365. cost over $300.

I am in my 70's and not computer literate. the only short-fall I found was the fact that there was no physical step by step brochure with pictures to see how to set my new WINDOWS10 up for use. It ended up taking me one and a half weeks in order to make it useful.

This computer seems to be good so far. No problems, meets all my needs. If you are doing more than casual gaming it may not have a good enough graphics card, but it has been ok so far.

I bought this for school and it performs fine for that need. After updates its a little slow loading when I turn it on. It's light which makes it easy to carry for a larger laptop.

My husband wanted a larger screen laptop and this fit the bill. It was fairly easy to set up.

The lap top is very nice . I do like it but it is differnt from my older one so it is taking time to re adjust. I am taking online classes and it it great at that. Thanks

Laptop was reasonable price and had necessary power and speed for email, browsing, and preparing simple spreadsheets on MS office. Keyboard is easy to use and has numbers pad on right side which makes it user friendly for entering numbers.

We didn't need touch screen or anything fancy, but it has great processor and memory in a 17in form factor. Since the unit will likely live it's entire life on a table-top, weight is also not an issue. So far, it runs like a champ.

computer it self is great, don't really like window, not user friendly. trying to get the password off my computer. did what it told me and it still there...

Wanted a low price laptop. My husband is not computer literate but enjoys solitare, mahjong and puzzles. This fills the bill without a lot of input from me.

I am very pleased with my purchase.this lap top is great, haven't had any connectivity issues at all and the location I use it is further away from the wireless signal, and my desktop has a hard time keeping a good connection.

We bought this for my wife to replace her HP. She loves this laptop. The screen is huge and vibrant and it's got plenty of performance.
