So far the laptop has performed well and we have had no problems with Windows 10. It is used mainly for simple spread sheets, writing documents and email.

This is my first laptop what from Best Buy I find it to be exactly what I needed. I'm also looking for just move back to Best Buy to consult your expert

So far the laptop has worked out great for my daughter. She uses it for her high school and college work she has to do. Programs that would not pull up on the desk top pulled up on the laptop. So far we have no complaints.

After reading reviews of many different laptops, I knew exactly what I was getting and HP delivered as expected. This machine fits my personnal needs with ease. Jake from the Jensen Beach store directed me to an HP 4520 printer at a deeply discounted price! Time to put my old HP 7600 printer out to pasture!! Fast, and alot of memory. Hokd alot of programs and doesn't lag. Like the big screen also.

I bought this laptop for the screen size. The laptop skin was a bit of a disappointment, as it is quite plain.

I think it's a great laptop has enough storage (1TB), a good processor (Intel Core i5), large 17-inch screen, memory reader, USB ports, hdmi, etc,. the antivirus software I had to uninstall it because sometimes put a little slow my pc. but I think that for the price this very well made the purchase so I recommend it at the moment it has not given me major inconveniences.

Love this HP laptop. Lightweight & yet has a really large screen for watching "shows". Beautiful, sleek design. Great price!

just got this computer can't tell how well it will preform yet the one thing I have noticed - had to disable the touch pad it is too sensitive when typing, sends cursor all over. Also really would like to have windows 7 10 is a pain

A Best Buy salesman helped me pick it out. Great computer for an unbelievable price. Fast, light and comfortable keyboard.

The screen is large enough to view work projects. Speed is adequate.

I purchased this for my son for college, the salesperson was amazing and really helped a lot. I am an Apple/Mac person and not really up on the Microsoft stuff. This laptop clicked all the boxes he needed.

We have many of this model in our organization. Lightweight, fast, excellent battery life and vivid screen.

I have had no problems with the laptop other than it is too slow. For $500, there should be no lag. My $250 laptop is much faster.

My sales orep was awesome and very thorough when I was looking to purchase my laptop. She was very informative and answered all my questions. My computer is everything I wanted/needed and more!!!

Just love my new laptop. Screen images are very sharp and clear. This model has everything I need and more... Not heavy when sitting on my lap either. So glad I bought it, price was right too!

I love the laptop. No problems. The laptop does everything I need and is very fast. I bought the Microsoft word excel etc package and it works great. I would recommend this item to everyone
