    I would absolutely not recommend this computer. For one, the start up is clunky and slow. And that is an indicator of how the computer works overall...clunky, glitchy, slow. The battery life seems to be less than 5 hours. And to add insult to injury, I now see that Best Buy's return policy is only set at 15 days for an average consumer. (I had no idea there was a 'rewards program' until I researched returning this item.) We purchased the computer on 8/21/17. We would never, EVER purchase a computer from Best Buy again. Research Best Buy's return policy prior to purchasing any item... 15 days to return vs their competitors offering 90 day return policies. Incredibly unhappy with this purchase.
