    Took this computer back asap! Not sure what was up with this computer. It was slower than my 4 year old computer that I was replacing. It very well could have just been a bad computer. I chose to take it back and by to just by a hard drive and fix my old laptop.

    HP - 17.3" Laptop - Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive, is large which is why I bought as my home laptop. Its a pretty basic design, but it is functioning well. I am disappointed that RAM is maxed out at 8GB. I will be replacing the hard drive with a SSD.

    Don't get me wong this laptop is great but it's just configured all wrong. It's not upgradable or repairable in the way you may be familiar with. This thing is locked up with clips and tabs no screws or doors. This laptop would benefit greatly from an SSD.
