This laptop enables me to load all of my business applications and does not slow down. Good product

Even though I thought it might be a great computer for my parents, it was VERY slow even though it was new. It took forever to restart and after 1 day, it got to a point it won't fully restart. Then it wouldn't turn on and had to return. Awful computer.

Best Buy salesman was wonderful and I got an excellent price but Not a month old yet and This is probably the last time I will ever buy HP again and will return this once my Lenovo Yoga replacement arrives before the 30 day return policy runs out.. Before this I purchased a 17" fully loaded $1,800 Envy with a Solid State HD that died 2 weeks after the 1 year warranty and after spending $100 for incompetent HP service tech which after a week still couldn't find the cause of the problem, I then took it to my computer tech guy and paid $80 plus $ for a new hard drive and a year later it's having the same problems as the 1st time. My friend used to be VP of HP and she says she will never buy HP again either.

I purchased this laptop for my daughter when she started college. It has worked out great so far.

For the cost, this is a perfect travel laptop with all the features needed as well as screen size

I love all hp products. And this laptop meet all my expectations and then some. Absolutly love it.

This laptop lasted 3 months and the hinge broke which then when I closed it made the screen come apart. Best buy would not stand behind it I had to send it back to HP. They fixed it and within a week of having it back after 2-3 weeks of having it, it broke and did the same thing except this time I didn't close it all the way so it did still work. I just sent it in again for repair. HP did not charge me at all. They sent a box to ship it back in both times, so no shipping cost even. I believe that the screen is too big and heavy for the hinges.

Purchased as a gift for family members. Used for gaming and personal type PC. Everyone is Happy.

Easy, simple to use has the right amount of features. I use for business and for personal use.

Touchpad and keys are nice. Sturdy feeling when you pick it up. Light enough to carry around.

I'm very happy with my computer. It's the perfect thing. The fan is great and cools nicely.

I like the computer. The case did not hold up to use. I have three hp boxes and all of them have a problem with the lid/hinge breaking. Better to buy a warranty with this thing since it doesn't last.
