Blank screen appears intermittently

Laptop displays blank screen and hangs. The only option to shut down is remove its battery. I want to return however there is no option to do so.

Nice laptop

It doesn't bring up the home page where you sign in. Sometimes it has to be rebooted to get it to load. Other wise it is a ncie laptop.

Be careful with open box

In this case the laptop had been certified by Geek Squad. But the HDMI didn’t work and I had to return it. Bought a different open box laptop and it works great
