    I need to take this beast back to the store because it is unreliable. I will be doing a task, and it will all of a sudden jump to another program or go to another place in the text. It may be fixable, but it is very disappointing up to this point.

    battery died in less than 18 months, screen hinges flimsy and case opens when screen extends too far

    Its a little slow at pulling up apps. Most of my previous programs for Windows7 don't work with it. I still prefer Windows7, but it ain't to bad once you get used to it.

    I had high hopes for this laptop delivering me from the insanities that my current Toshiba laptop is giving me. However, after doing the basic setup info entries, the laptop now alternates between a black screen with the time displayed in the lower left corner to the picture with the caves and water. I can't get it to do anything but alternate between those two pages. Help!

    I got a blue screen within the first 24 hours and had to update the Windows 10 manually. WiFi is incrediblely slow. Cheap and you get what you paid for.
