    I had a HP laptop and desktop before and loved them both. I knew I wanted to get another HP so this laptop has definitely meet my expectations. I had no problem setting it up and installing MS Office or the Antivirus software. I even received a reminder email from Best Buy so I wouldn't forget (on the Antivirus software). Great value for my money and really happy with my purchase.

    I had some problems loading my new computer. I contacted both the Microsoft 360 and the Windows Tech support lines, both helped me starting their products on my new computers. I am having a little problem with the performance of my new machine and plan to return it to the store in which I purchased it for some Geek Squad fine tuning.

    I was looking for a laptop to replace my 10-year-old laptop. My previous laptop had a 14 inch screen, this one at 17 inches is wonderful to view! Windows 10 is very easy to work with. The price couldn't be beat, and I love my new 'puter!
