My last computer was an all in one hp computer and really enjoyed it and their support. I did get a scam virous on it and had to get it removed, Back in October my hard drive was starting to fail and wasn't acting right and had it close to five years without any problems so just decided to purchase another all in one that was more updated and new and of course I only considered the HP brand.

It’s a nice screen but a little slower than I thought it would be. That has a lot to do with the low price. Overall, perfect for my 91 year old Aunt.

We bought this for our 80 year old grandmother to use. She likes to email and use Facebook. I set it up before giving it to her and it was simple and easy to do. This replaces an older desktop that she had that kept freezing and not working correctly. It has taken a little time for her to adjust to windows 10 but haven't gotten to many calls on what to do! She likes how big the screen is. The only down side is the keyboard it's a little small and the white is harder for her to see.

System a bit on the slow side but works great for banking, emails, and games

I so love my new All in One Desktop. I am still learning different features on it but nothing too hard. Also I love the programs that are on there. Me being a college student I love to do my work at home, there is less walking on campus and sitting in those uncomfortable desks my goodness. Not to my satisfaction at all. I can do whatever I need to do as well as working on my desktop. I don't think I could have chosen a better selection than what I purchased.

Overall nice computer, little laggy on second start up as it took awhile to load up windows. Would have gave 5 stars but because of that it’s a 4

Overall its a good product, it is compact and looks nice. Performance is good.

I just started using the computer so I'm not sure if there will be any problems. This is my first time owning a computer using Windows 10; don't care much for it. I'll have to give it a little more time. I can say that the computer hums a little loud and it also comes on by itself when I power down. (shut down) I'm checking on that now. Hopefully it's something I can work on!

This is a great, easy to use u it for my 85 year old mother. A larger screen? Doesn't take a lot of space and looks good

it is exactly what we needed. Had one before, same brand. it didnt last 2 years but for the money it was fine, We hope this one will last longer.
