Garbage
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this computer in December 2018 I only get two years warranty and I don’t use it that much maybe once a month, the last I used it was about in November 2020 and I really didn’t even used it that much in 2020, now I try to use it December and the screen is plank nothing coming on I took it to Best Buy and they said that my warranty up in December 2020 so they send it to get repair I payed $85 and they send it out now they are telling me that it’s $95 for labor and $568 for parts because they have to change the screen r u kidding me the computer wasn’t good from the beginning, this is not a good buy it’s garbage and bestbuy is not good because they sell me garbage and want me to pay all this money

Agonizingly slow. Don't waste your money.

It is a useless machine and should not be sold. Don't waste your money on this product.

Slowest computer I have ever owned

The computer out of the box is the slowest device on the planet. It would seem to me that HP would be smarter to add a little memory raise the price and eliminate this bad PR.

Don’t buy

It didn’t want to start took forever to load and eventually started making a buzzing noise. It wasn’t worth the $300 that we spent.

So slow it’s unusable!

It was so slow we couldn’t use it. I tried to return it but was outside the return policy window. Met with Geek Squad and they said well it’s a lower level all-in-one and you get what you pay for! I said adios Best Buy! Go ahead and throw it in the dumpster. No point buying from brick and mortar if you receive zero customer service.
