There are very few artists that I purchase a CD after hearing one song; Taylor Swift has just been added to that list. After hearing "Shake It Off", I couldn't wait to pick up my copy. It has really deep lyrics and you can dance to it either standing or driving. Besides the obvious one, I also like tracks #4 and #10.

coming from a fan of Taylor Swift, this album is her best to date. I own every other album she had released, but this is by far the best!! I would definitely reccomend this to all my friends to eventually pick up in the nearest store where this album is being sold, especially over at Best Buy

I had not heard any reviews prior to my purchasing Taylor's album. I was pleasantly surprised when I heard it and realized it was a "POP" album. I was exppecting a Country Album. I think the first four songs on the CD are the best. The rest are excellent also, but those first four are GREAT.

I heard this cd was the first to get platinum this year and since I couldn't download it (free) online, I decided to get my money's worth and get the actual copy to receive the Polaroids as well. I saved $3, and her album is actually pretty good and I don't listen to Taylor Swift as much.

Usually there is only one or two songs I like from a CD. This Cd was different. All the songs are great. I especially loved the fact that it came with Polaroid pictures of Taylor Swift. My daughters, who this cd was actually for, ended up buying a second one as a gift.

I am in a habit of purchasing Taylor Swift Cd's and letting them play in my car for months and months. This CD has played through countless times and I enjoy it every time. Her songs are usually amazing, specially the ones that don't ever hit the radio. I'm loving it!

I love taylor's country music and was skeptical hearing this release. what a surprise - outstanding pop 2014 music. hard to find much listenable music these days. release is setting selling records. I am convinced whatever taylor does will turn to told. WHAT AN ARTIST

I was originally just buying presents for others on Black Friday, but how could I pass this up? Taylor has really outdone herself on many of these songs. She even included all the lyrics, which is rare anymore! Plus, there were cute Polaroid looking pictures in it!

this was a gift for my 9 year old daughter, she seems to enjoy most of it. not really my music, so I really shouldn't judge

Taylor is one of a kind. Her music is so well thought out. She takes her time to compose her music. It is always well written and haa a true meaning behind each title. She has accomplished so much In her young age. I have appreciate every CD that I have purchased.

This was purchased for a TS fan as a stocking stuffer. Judging by the reaction, they were excited to have received the gift.

Another Taylor Swift stroke of genius. Once again T Swift proves that common every day occurances are embedded in both our souls and minds. The most minor T Swift fan will find 1989 enjoyable and fresh.

This CD is excellent. Taylor really brought her best for her pop debut. While Shake it off is fantastic it's really blank space that puts Taylor above all the other pop tarts in the game today. If this isn't on constant rotation in your car you are losing out.

I wasn't much of a Taylor Swift fan before this--I had downloaded a couple of songs, but that was it. This is the first album of hers that I have purchased, and I really enjoy it. It's a lot of fun with a number of songs with a good beat and catchy lyrics.

I've been a huge Taylor Swift fan for years, but by far this is one of my favorite albums of hers. I love the unique sound from the album as a whole. My favorite song is definitely 'Blank Space' though. I've been listening to that song on repeat for days.

Another CD that will be transferred to MP3 and then subsequently lost. Purchased as it's difficult to give MP3s to people as gifts not knowing if they use iTunes or any other music format. PLUS it was cheaper than buying the downloaded version.

Bought this CD for my daughter. She loves Taylor Swift. Good deal for the price I paid. No complaints from her.

This album is different than a traditional Taylor album, but that isn't a bad thing. That is how artist keep items fresh by trying new things or going with a theme, which I like. If I miss the old Taylor, I just pop in a different album!

This is a must buy! History in the making! Move over Michael Jackson Thriller, there a new record setting seller! platinum in less than 4 days? oMG! skipp buying the album on iTunes own a piece of History. It's cheaper at Best Buy too!

This is not just for teenage girls & boys. Her music has matured and it really shows. The arrangements are good, she always has really good lyrics. I like it and I think others in my age bracket will be surprised when they hear it!
