Overall I'm happy with my install. They did a good job.

Geek squad was unable to install my amp and subs. The amp I have uses zero guage wire and the guy working said they don't have a crimping tool to hook it up. Asked if I wanted to buy a different wiring kit which I declined. I appreciated his honesty that he couldn't perform the job correctly without possibly damaging my equipment. Though it would be nice on either best buy or geek squad to inform customers that they can't install any amplifier systems that require a zero guage wire

Took them a little longer than quoted. But it was because they didn't know they had to hook the line converter to a factory amp my car had. They also had to remove the panel where my seatbelt goes. And it is loose now and not flush as it was.

Installer not friendly complained ab install and found out I had to pay $50 just to put subs in box. Never got a call it was ready.

Ever since I got the sub/amp installed (both purchased at BestBuy for my older car), everytime I turn my car off after playing the woofer, it makes continuous low pitch sound and I have to disconnect the battery. I tried contacting BestBuy atleast 10 times, once I got hold I was asked to contact Geek Squad auto installer (was given a phone number), I have tried calling that number 100’s of times, no one receives the call, nor do they return the voicemail. The installation is supposed to be under the warranty (to this date when I am posting this review), that includes repairs to the faulty installation, and removal if I sell my car. How do you avail the warranty when you have no human to talk to who understands what’s going on? I haven’t got to used my system since I got installed, I am frustrated and hence writing a review. The only options I see out of this is either remove the system all together or pay someone else to reinstall everything over again. I’d never recommend anyone to use Bestbuy for any kind installation, better use your local shop!

Install was good missing item in car called Best Buy to report I hope the item may have fallen out off car not stolen will stop by tomorrow to verify with Victor.
