    I had my amp installed two months ago and immediately noticed a piece of trim missing around the door sill. The installer said they would replace it, just give him some time to get it shipped to him. I've spoken to the assistant manager several times and she has been less than helpful so far. 2 months later and still no trim. I am just requesting a refund on the service and i'll replace the trim myself.

    Disappointed. Went through the whole process of scheduling appointment, going to Best Buy for my installation just to be told 30 minutes later by technician that they did not have equipment sophisticated enough to find out where to drill for an amp install on my 2013 Jeep Patriot

    It’s hard enough to get an appointment to then get it canceled. There’s was no priority to reschedule. My closest Best Buy doesn’t do installations anymore and the website tells you to call or a visit instead of saying “This location no longer does installations.” The automated phone system barely works and picks up the sound of a sneezing ant, therefore, unable to utilize. I sad big corporation with poor customer service. Therefore, Best Buy is overrated. Makes you understand why to go to independent small businesses . This makes for a great Yelp review.

    The appointment was from 8-12, and the Geek Squad substitute showed up around 2:30ish. He did not leave until 6:45ish after I asked him to leave so we could have dinner. He installed the bracket in the wrong place the first time, so there are extra holes in the wall. He did not look on the other side of the wall, so we have two huge holes in the medicine cabinet where he ran the electric cord thru. He was nice, but overall we had a four hour experience that was seven hours late. So glad we had nothing to do that day. Major disappointment. I will use an electronics vendor next time. They did a wonderful job on our other home.

    I had to come in to get car speakers installed , they set me up with an appointment. I show up a week later for my appointment they didn’t have the right equipment to install they had to order it . Then they sent the order to wrong address then they set an appointment for another week out after that I get i the car 20 min before my install appointment they call and tell me I need to do upgrades on my battery and alternator and some other stuff for them install I’m like they could have told me this from the beginning it took 3 visits to figure this out yeah it sucked and I just didn’t even want to deal anymore

    I was not very happy with the installation process after they started the installation they realized that it wasn't going to work due to factory setting. Yet I was still charged full price and left without a correct working radio in my car
