Amp Install Labor

The first time I dropped it off for the install there was an issue with cleanliness. However when I looked at the area in question I was able to wipe up the area with a wet wipe. There was no detail cleaning needed. This delayed the install process by almost 4 weeks. I was not impressed with the customer service

It worked for six days!

They had my son waiting all night. The store closed and they asked him to leave it overnight. He had work the next day. It only worked for six days and still can't get anywhere with the install team.

Silence

The email was in reference to an exchange I was allowed by Best Buy, wirh no clarity. After going thru several promps, selecting several numbers, I was placed on a silent hold. After (at least) 30 min, I disconencted the call.

Car Amp install

Walked in on the day of the install and the installer said your truck is too new we don't know how to do it. I'm still waiting for my refund being you have to pay upfront!!

Bummer

I had a amp installed and when they were done there was a new hole on my firewall for wiring when there was already a factory hole to use. And it fried my battery same daybof installation.

Amplified installation

Called to make an appointment for them to look at it and I was told “it probably stopped working because you have a cheap system.” Definitely was not satisfied with my service. I was also told 1.5 hours and it’ll be done, it took 4 hours for the lady to finish.

Just horrible
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had an appointment at 3:15, he said it would be done til 6 o’clock, I said okay and went on about my day. He didn’t finish the installation until 8 o’clock and on top of that he didn’t even wire my amplifier to my speakers correctly. They weren’t even pushing any bass out. Very disappointed.

Amp installed bad

Clueless installer

He assured me it will not rattle. When I picked up my car, the first thing he told me is I have to keep the bass turned down because it will rattle too much!!

Install Stopped Working After 4 Months

They did the absolute bare minimum for install. Speaker free in trunk and camera at an angle. In mid March the speaker just stopped working. I've used the service in the past and it was great. I won't be using the service again.

Car installers failed me twice.

Csncelled appointment without a phone call

No call I just notice an email saying you cancelled the scheduled appointment. I understand we are in a corona virus state but this was before the shutdown and why is the store open selling products one on one on the same day.

Car amplifier installation
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Lazy Installer came up with every excuse to not do install and never came up with any alternative options real bad attitude and I’m glad I didn’t have home install my amplifier because he probably didn’t know what he was doing or just plain lazy! Never again! I’ll do it myself!

Horrible

We went back twice and then they finally stated it was due to our speakers. Never will use them again-

Bad install

I go in and they only did half my install. I had to go to the bosses boss to get the rest installed and she took his side. Geek Squad sucks!
