    Hidden fees, not told dates till after purchase, dates were over a month out. Quoted one price then also had to buy multiple other parts. Was asked if I could leave my car there the whole week. Was told fine if you can’t bring it in at the time and I’ll get it back to you when I can.

    Not impressed! I needed to have a amp/sub combo that I purchased from another retailer. The first attempt they could not figure out how to get sound. I had to wait over 5 hours. The first installer did not do the wiring correctly. The second attempt took about 30 min...but they put the amp/box on the worong side.

    Thanks for canceling my installation without telling me it would also cancel my order. Wasted a whole Saturday trying to get the balance of my refund. You’re lucky you don’t have any competition

    Horrible. Drove to several stores for months for an installation they could not do. Don’t wasted your time or gas.

    I wouldn't let that bunch of monkeys hook up a water hose.it took them 8 hours to do a 3 hour job. Plus they burn up my amplifier and failed to hook up my subwoofers properly.

    Best buy customer service just hangs up on people. The read from a script over and over and it is not even related to your question. Spent 12 hours calling support for no answers. Good luck if you shop here.

    Upset that the technician wasn't able to install my 5 channel amp . He then said he needed more than 4hrs and he only scheduled 3 1/2 hrs because he was going to school and the only technician.

    Still haven’t had my system installed. I got the head unit put in but it still needs the steering wheel controls connected. Waiting on the rest to be installed over a month now

    My service was not completed I was talked out of it by the installer because of the size of my truck and returned the products. But I was still charged 136$?

    The manager at this store does not reply. Staff is rude and cut my engine wire. Extremely poor customer service. Would never recommend them ever.

    My stereo now cuts out and my speakers sound like a turn signal.I tried to call and have it fixed but they won’t call back.never will I use them again

    This was my third car stereo installation with Best Buy and they are usually amazing at it, however; this time my heater did not get hooked back up afterwards which caused my heater to stop working.

    Said because I have a Lexus they want to charge me three times that I'm out of paper this installation. Just go to your local audio shop and skip out on l this "deal"

    Wasn't checked before resale item don't work. Purchase took home 50 miles had to return another 50 miles and was said was I guess thats why it was returned

    Not happy how my son was treated by the tech. It seamed that the tech kept making excuses about how things stopped working when they worked before doing the install. It was always something else and still it's not working the way it should

    Over BAD I was on time and to wait 30mins. After waiting, I was told he couldn’t do the install because he didn’t think it would sound better. I didn’t ask for Opinions.

    Had my car for 8 hours only installed 4 speakers no amps no sub, said didn’t know how to install a subwoofer with amps, horrible service had to go 4 hours away for an install

    Improper auto install. Suffered damages to my vehicle. They then lied to their insurance company about doing the install. Had to provide evidence to support my claim They are very dishonest!!!
