Great technician did the install, Neat work install perfect, hope they save box and material for the KICKER HS10, I want to save it, be back on 11/21/25 12:00 for another install hope O can pick it up.

The tech mounted this in my vehicle and it works excellent, great bass sound.

These guys killed it. I brought in a powered subwoofer purchased from Amazon. They installed it, discovered it was a faulty speaker. Then they recommended a replacement, installed it, and were very honest and upfront though the whole process. Very quick, easy, and professional. Will be coming back in the future

We are so happy with the purchase of our new amp. Also, the installation was a success. It was professionally done under the seat with all wires hidden. It is out of sight and sounds amazing!

They installed front door component speakers, both back deck 6x9's a;; hooked up to an amp. Told me everything they were going to do to my car and you cant even tell my car has a system in it. Great job and i will probably be going back to get my subs installed. Could do all this myself but i would rather just have them do it professionally and be happy with my life-time installation guarantee Great service, friendly and i have zero complaints.

I had a good experience with Gavin installing my equipment for me in my car at the Orange California location. Gavin is meticulous he takes his time and he does an outstanding job. Everything was clean and he went the extra miles to make everything look like it was stock. I would definitely go back and have Gavin do installations for me. He installed component speakers in the front doors, 2 ways in the rear doors, and an amp and a powered subwoofer in the trunk. Thanks Gavin!!! My stereo sounds awesome!!!

Went to the store in Altamonte Springs to have my amp & two subs installed. Once finished, the install crew called me over to listen to the speakers, and they didn't sound right. He told me it was because I needed to close the holes in the back of my boxes, so I bought pieces to cover the holes, yet they still didn't sound great. They're advice to me was to get ported boxes. Later that week, I was un-hooking the speakers from my amp to replace the boxes, and I noticed that the positive & negative leads were hooked to the wrong terminals! So I went ahead and hooked them up correctly, and it sounded amazing! All-in-all, the amp was hooked up correctly, but I think they got tired / lazy by the time they hooked the speakers up. Just wish I checked it out before I bought new boxes and pieces from Best Buy to close the holes in my original boxes.

Today installed Speakers, Subwoofer and Mono Amplifier at Best buy in Chesterfield, MO. Brogan Sherman who did my install was friendly, very knowledge, and had done excellent job in installing the Mono Amplifier, Would highly recommended Brogan Sherman for car audio install. if you live in and around Chesterfield.

Tom installed my subwoofer and did such an wonderful job! Really cared about making sure I knew what everything was for and gave me updates on the whole process while waiting. He’s absolutely fantastic, be sure to ask for him!

I went to Best Buy today to have the technician look at my car stereo system. I had called earlier and described the problem for him and he simply told me to bring it in with my original sales receipt. Alex was his name, and he was very knowledgeable about my situation. He fixed the problem in a timely manor and even offered other suggestions for my stereo set up. I would recommend him to anyone.

If you buy any audio components from Best buy it might be worth the time and extra money to have it done right. The techs are friendly and very helpful. We ran into a slight problem installing my alarm system but Brook managed to get it done and didn't charge me any extra. great job in a timely manner.
