One of the best installers in the Columbus, GA area, probably why it took two months to book. Taking my second car back to install upgraded speakers and sub to my factory system.

I dropped the car off early for the install and they got me in ahead of schedule thanks to a cancellation. They helped me pick the spot for the base control knob and it was a clean install. Everything sounds good.

The guy (Will) who installed my audio system did a fantastic job. If anything was off, he would go around his work more than once to make absolutely sure it wasn't something he did wrong before blaming the equipment. I'm glad I chose to have them install my stuff.

if you need more bump to your factory stereo have these guys install ur amp kit and sub woofer to enhance your lisening experience acouple of levels.with professional amp kit installations. my new civic is rockin.

Johnson works @Poplar/Ridgeway BB in Memphis, TN and this is 3rd installation he has done for me. He always talks to me, explains problems and alternatives beforehand and takes good care of my vehicles. This was Kenwood radio and Pioneer powered underseat sub. Now, my kid's 99 Accord is actually cool!

I was debating if it was worth putting an amp and running the wires in my 2017 Ford Focus. I decided to leave it to the pros and I watched just a bit of him doing it and oh my am I glad I didn't try messing with it. Absolutely fantastic job. Looks like no one even touched it.

The technician knew exactly what he was doing, recommended and found the parts I needed to complete my stereo system when the sales person didn't care to take the time to help. Completed the job in a short amount of time and it works great!

The gentlemen that installed are subwoofers was named Roberto. He was awesome, definitely recommend him.

Geek Squad did a great job im loving the sound of my speakers

The guys in the Install bay were very knowledgeable and had great recommendations. Install was neat and looks very professional! I was very happy with the install. I normally instal my own subs but did not want to mess with a new car and mess anything up and I am so glad I took it to Best Buy.

The tech was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained his process and demonstrated / explained methods. He was finished 1.5 hrs earlier than expected and communicated this to me. He was friendly and easy to talk with.

I didn't catch the technician's name, but he did a wonderful job installing my sub-woofer/amp under the rear seat of my truck. His work was outstanding and he was professional. He showed me what he was going to do and did it.
