The my sales rep was amazing and very knowledgeable. I am thankful that he assisted me in making my decision. My computer has been so much fun learning about. I even purchased the pen and now I can sign the screen whenever I have to apply my signature to any documents.

The touch screen seems to be really touchy and slides up and down often and switches between internet pages but maybe I'm just not used to using it yet.

After having this laptop for a year, I can confidently say that I have experienced what this laptop's overall performance is like; and I can say that it holds up well. Pros: - Sharp looking display. Images appear nice and clean and High Definition looks like High Definition should. - 3-in-1 functionality works as advertised, although I haven't really used it in that capacity much. In what experience with it I do have, I don't have any complaints that one couldn't say about any other similar device. - Sound quality is good. I have been using a separate set of speakers, but in the times that I've used the laptop without them, the sound quality is still nice, although volume at the highest settings seems to be a little on the low side for me. - Backlit keyboard is a really nice touch, and gives the laptop a premium feel when being used at night. Adjustable and convenient, what more could you ask for? - Battery life is pretty good, all things considered. I usually get a solid 6 hours or so on a single charge, watching videos, listening to music and just browsing the internet. When using it as a power user, using multiple applications simultaneously it still manages to hold it's charge well. (I don't frequently use the backlit keyboard. This may significantly effect battery life.) Cons: - Just about the only complaint I have is the screen-size, although that is not a real fault with the laptop itself. When working on school projects and other high performance activities, things can get cramped. It is something to be considered if you, like me, are a student and frequently have to have multiple browsers/applications open at the same time. (I solved this issue by buying a monitor to use while at home)

I'm very satisfied with all three items. I've had the same kindle for a few years. I already had a computer so just replaced the one I had. Geek Squad was great for what I wanted off my old kindle. I have had the same kind of case for my phones before they are great

I was in the market to replace a very old and heavy lap top. Spent a lot of time trying to decide laptop or tablet. Finally went to BB store and salesperson showed me this great machine. The size and weight were perfect and the screen was just right for me. I added micro soft office that I did not have on prior machine but still have not used it or the multi position screen.

family bought this for me for college and was able to get it cheaper since my college provides Microsoft office. Also the speakers are loud so when you want to listen to music you'll have no problems. Finally I like that this laptop can turn flip to a stand for watching videos closer, turn in to tablet when I need to draw something or just want it to be in tablet mode. The keyboard is disabled so don't worry about your leg pressing on the keys and there is a keyboard on the display in tablet mode to use when you need to type. I have had laptop for almost 3 months now.

Purchased this laptop as a gift. Definitely not for hard core gaming, but does the job for school and utility programs (i.e. MS Office).

We paid about $350 to buy this for our teenage daughter. She does not baby electronics, so it has held up well and gets her continued interest opposite her Apple 8+, ipad & chromebook. Those two alone should say a lot. It is perfect size for a backpack and has the pertinent features you would expect. Nice unit.

For everyday use, fast and portable makes solid workhorse. Touch screen makes it even more appealing for “as you go” machine.
