Awesome laptop for the money! It is fast with an ssd hard drive. The only downfalls are: small ssd drive and at times the fan can get loud. However, you can increase the ssd hard drive amount by adding an sd card.

Bought this laptop when the hard drive on my old one died. I like HP so I bought another. It does everything i need it to do.

The speed is great. Awesome for the work I do. With 1tb hard drive there's plenty of space for pictures and work documents

If you're not doing a lot, this is great. Wouldn't recommend playing any games on it, but for schoolwork it's sufficient. Lightweight as well. Could have gotten more storage for the price. It's difficult to open up this laptop to put in a larger SSD, so what you see is pretty much what you get.

Bought this computer in place of a 13 inch HP that I had missed out on. And I am glad I did. Did not disappoint!

This computer is great for everyday basic use. Able to write word documents, download music, use internet, etc..

I bought this for my father who wanted a faster computer. This laptop is fast to load seeing as it has a solid state drive. Can flip it and use it like a tablet because its on a 360 degree hinge. The touch screen is nice. Very good for checking emails and surfing the web which is basically what its used for.

Works great, I am not good with technology and I have not had any issues with this laptop. Very user friendly

The help at best buy help me find the computer that fit my needs. And I am very happy with HP-2 in1 14inch.

The Microsoft rep in Best Buy was great! He had to help the Geek Squad figure out how to use the Pen in OneNote.

We've only had it about a month and haven't had time to fully use all of its features, but so far we love it. Don't like that you can't scroll with the pad, but can live with that for the touch screen. If anything else comes up that is a problem I will change my review but as of now I say its a great computer.

This is a very smooth running machine. Touch the power button and boom you're ready to go. I love Cortana!

Overall I think it is a great computer that has the ability to have more cloud storage than on a hard drive. I LOVE the touchscreen and using the Bamboo Ink Pen is super worth the money with it. I wish it was a bit lighter so as to make it a bit easier to use as a tablet but still a great purchase.

this was purchased for a college student to bring back and forth to classes. Has been working out great.

Can't say enough good things. Exactly as advertised (even better, really). Very light weight. Incredible battery life. I only plug it in once every few days. It can handle all my open apps, multiple browser tabs, and closing and opening with no lag time. My favorite laptop to date (and I'm old).

Need this for email, word documents and internet. Overall good, but letters on keys are difficult to read.
