Love My Laptop

But, I guess it was due to the newness of the 2-in-1 technology. As the updates have downloaded, it seems to have gotten much better. There aren't a lot of great apps in the app store. And, some of those are still buggy. But, it hasn't been a problem. All in all, I'd buy it again.

Great in the beginning

Just in the past two days it takes awhile for it to come on. It boots fine, I log in fine, then I get a black screen for about 3 minutes for some reason...then suddenly the display is on. Once the display comes on it works fine. I don't get it?? But other than that it has been great.

Nice Computer

I was not happy when the Windows 10 updated and I had to take the computer in because it wouldn't go past the log in screen. The screen turned black. It was an issue with the Windows 10 though. Once the Geek squad fixed the issue, the computer worked very well for my needs as a teacher.

Excellent Computer

Best Buy offered a 10% student discount and a small veterans discount which we immediately took. My daughter love the flexibility going to tablet mode and back to laptop mode when needed... outstanding computer, recommend purchase of accident insurance- just in case...

You get what you pay for

Takes way too long to boot up. Facial recognition is a flop. Should have never listened to the sales man with this purchase.
