Have a question that has to do with the laptop cooling system. In my opinion it is too loud. One can hear the processor being cooled by what I suppose is a miniature fan or some type of cooling system. I don't think one should hear that with this machine.

At this price I bought 3! This notebook/tablet was the perfect 2-n-1 for my kids. Good mid-grade processor, enough RAM, and the SSD drive provides better performance and enough capacity for apps and some storage. I added an external drive as more storage. Good for everything they need it for.

Great laptop, but after a month of owning my keys are malfunctioning.

this is a thin and light weight computer you can take anywhere .easy to set up and use .. have owned this brand before and would recommend to family and friends , sales person was veru helpful and knowledgable about all computers but recommended this one for my personal neeeds and wants

This computer is Much faster then my last one. It can lay on my lap and not get to hot on my legs. I want to say thank you to the young man that helped me in Southhaven MS. He stuck with me and answered all my questions until I made my decision. I do not get that from my local store..

The wife really enjoys the flexibility of the 2 - 1. The processor speed is more powerful than what she needs for playing online games, but hopefully means that this will last more than 2 years. It's lightweight and portable compared to her full sized laptop. Good PC for everyday use.

this laptop is great right out of the box, I set it up with no hassles, and I'm over 60! It's very light and it converts easily to a tablet. Only problem is the letters on the keyboard are very light in color and I couldn't see them well enough to type fast, so sadly I had to return it

I'm really regretting purchasing this computer. In the one month I've had it, I had to do a hard reset once and now I had to do a system restore because I was getting a black screen from the computer and the 6 or 7 solutions I tried didn't fix it. It ran well for the first two weeks so I was really happy with it at first. I don't think I'll buy HP again for these issues, nor from Best Buy given their 15 day return policy. :(

My daughter choose this as her first college laptop and she loves it. Setup was easy & quicker than I'd expected. I didn't see a ton of bloat ware. My girl is not techy so ease of use is important and she's doing fine. She likes the two tone finish, calls it her Hufflepuff Machine.

The salesman was excellent. He was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. He knew all about the different products and was able to recommend one specific for my needs. I will look for him each time I go in the future. I don't remember his name. Young guy, works weekends.
