    The customer service for HP is horrendous. My screen cracked after I had the tablet for a week. I called and they said I'd have to pay full price which was fine. I then went on their website and they stated I was sti able to buy the laptop protection plan so I did. When I called back they said this crack wasn't covered but the next one would be. I told them ok I just dropped it again right now so replace it and they wouldnt. It made no sense and after hours on the phone I told them it wasn't worth dealing with them and to refund me my money. I will never by HP again. The product can be great but with terrible customer service it's not worth it.
