Speed of processor a little slow. good ergonomics

I had to return this laptop twice as the speakers didn't work either time and it took more than 10+ minutes for it to turn on. I ended up changing to a Lenovo after hearing a few friends talk about how their HP's were acting up. Wouldn't recommend...

Laptop started giving problem barely four weeks after buying it. It will not power on and also became slow. Took it back to geek squad and without telling me what the problem was, they took it to the back. Came back and it was working perfectly again!

I have always purchase HP computers. My granddaughter picked her computer and printer for college than I went looking for mine. I picked a cheaper one by $100.00 and a printer. I am not happy with how long it takes ones I sign in to turn on.

After 2 months, got black screen on startup. I can't do work until the computer starts up which can take hours. I had to start my computer up 10-15 times this last time before it would turn on. This upsets me because this is the 2nd HP I've gotten. Going in to send it in to see if it can be fixed. If it can be fixed with no problem and I don't lose my warrenty I'll fix my rating.

I bought this for my daughter for college right before she left for school. She gets to school 4 hours away and the touch screen stopped working. Went to see Best Buy because I bought a year of protection but they want to charge me for labor to look at it. Or they said I have to send to manufacturer. The problem is that what is she supposed to do for classwork and why they don't just replace my laptop???? I just bought it.

I have had to seek Geek Squad services 2x. Presently, it takes several tapping of the keys to connect. That is quite frustrating. I just had to hit the no key 3 times before it allowed for the no response. Who has time for that.

Sales staff was very good, helpful, and knowledgeable. I bought the GO computer because of the windows 10 and low cost. Im not an HP fan but l like best buy business.

I had a problem with the Microsoft upload and then when it updated to Windows 10 it messed up the entire computer for days and had to take it back to the geek squad.

I have always had good luck with HP computers; my last two desktop computers were HP and I have not had any problems with them. I decided to get a HP laptop for my school work and on the 14th day I had no screen; completely black. I took it back to Best Buy and they stated there where problems with this computer and gave me my money back no problem. Bought a Dell, hope I have better luck.

The laptop is for my daughter. She just started back classes yesterday so we will see how this laptop works for her soon.
