This is the second computer as the first one would not go past the first setup screen. So far it is all that I can ask for it does everything that it says and more. The picture on the screen is very pretty and almost like you are watching tv.

Good items speed not too slow, but first time install ne d time to complete

If I'm honest, I'm not very impressed. This computer is certainly better than my very old laptop it replaced, but it seems awfully slow for a brand new computer originally equipped with and intended for Windows 10. Overall it will get the job done but ultimately I guess I got what I paid for. Maybe a more expensive higher end machine would be better (I certainly hope it would) but this wasn't a bargain basement discount brand or anything either. All I use it for any more are basic tasks, nothing strenuous or intensive, while I could've spent a lot more money I could've spent less too and I wonder how much slower it really would've been if I did.

Great computer for the price. Has everything you need and more

I got this for my mom as a birthday gift. I wanted to get her something that would be easy for her to use. This is a great laptop for her. She uses it for email and playing her online games. She couldn't be happier with the laptop!

Love the touch screen. Love Windows 10. Nice speakers if you listen to music

I bought this with high hopes but it has gotten slower and sometimes fails to start the first time ... just seems to lock up. I won't give it a very low rating yet. I want to take it in and give Geek Squad a chance to tweak it.

i would recommend this product. I am not a computer techie so I can't relate all the technical advantages, but from a user point of view it does everything I need and more. So fa its been reliable, easy to use and learn, and a comfortable size to work on, i think it is too heavy for me to take on trips or through airport security but for home use it is great.

I needed to replace my 10 year old laptop to something that actually worked. I wanted something light, sleek, and plenty of space for all my photos but wouldn’t stall when I wanted to watch Netflix. This laptop is perfect!! Very easy to use. I love the fingerprint unlock option. The screen is big and clear. It’s great and I’m so happy with it.

Love it. Internet loads right away and the keyboard is easy to use.

I have had a very good experience so far. I have had no difficultly with Computer but I needed a little help with Windows 10. All is well, I recommend ACER Laptops to all. This has been my 4th ACER through the years.
