Soooo...we bought this open box. Have had it for about a month now and for daily use, it's perfect. I often have a million tabs open at once and so I do a lot on it and it works great. We'll see how long it lasts!

Every time we wake up the laptop it is slow to start anything. Once it is up and running it works fine but it is frustrating I am not used to this problem

Upgraded from a Windows 7 I3 to this Windows 10 I5. Seems very slow in everything I do. I thought the I3 was slow and expected a much better performance boost. Not sure if it is Asus or Windows7 vs. 10.

Can't complain above a computer when it's a touch screen.

Good computer, works perfectly if you are not expecting a gamer PC. Beautiful design and good perfomance. The battery doesn't last for a long period though. I am in general very happy with my purchase.

Fast start up time - something that I have never had in a computer. Fast internet searching and sleek design. I love being able to flip the laptop around and being able to use it as a tablet. Really like Windows Ink feature availability on this computer, too.

This laptop runs smooth and quiet. I purchased it to use in my photography business. I runs the newest Light room and Photo Shop with ease. While it is big for a laptop, it is very light and easy to move around. The only draw back I see to it, is I had to purchase an adapter to plug a network cable in to it

Was really skeptical because I’ve never heard of this brand. They were sold out everything the day before school and the sales associate recommended me this laptop and honestly it’s GREAT! Haven’t had any issues no having to restart getting stuck anywhere easy to use hookup my Bluetooth printer it’s great

This is a good laptop that I have been happy with. The only negative so far is the design of the speakers. Why put them on the bottom so the sound is in my lap, stupid.

Sometimes i had problems with it. Resolved those problems with geek squad. Dont buy this unless you pay for tech support

I bought the laptop on sale and after using it for a couple of weeks : knowing what I now know , I would buy it even if it was not on sale . It is above expectations . it is fast and smooth and the extras go a long way . I am not a heavy gamer , but it does what I need it to do .
