My Laptop had hard drive issue's straight out the box.

I exchanged the 13 inch model for this one, and I am much happier with it. The CPU is better, since it is running a 7th generation i5. Also the storage is better, as well as the ram. Of course I am thinking about upgrading the ram to 16gb since it would then run in dual channel.

Great fast laptop after you uninstall all the unnecessary software put on by Asus! Look up on Reddit what is not needed if you're having issues with slowness

purchased the new ASUS laptop when my 18 month old desktop died for the 4th time. This laptop gave me everything I wanted without all the mess of wires. Love the laptop and would recommend to anyone. The BEST BUY and Geek squad employees are all friendly and very helpful.

This is a great computer so far. This is our first Asus and so far, no complaints. I like the 2 in 1 feature. We've had no issues so far. Great product for a great price

This Asus - 2-in-1 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop is the third Asus laptop I have purchased for family members. Obviously I am satisfied with the brand and the product. Will purchase again if the need arises.

I love the versatility of this laptop. Nice to be able to use a tablet and as a standard laptop. I wish there were more options for multiple monitors.

I would recommend this one to ppl. Professional programmer and beginner in graphics ppl can go for it. It's worth spending. Great Sound quality too !

At the beginning the laptop was really fast to start up , but gradually getting a bit slow to start. But overall performance is good.

My last Asus broke so I knew I wanted another one since that was the brand I was used to and thankfully I found this one on sale. So far so good

I’ve been pretty happy with this laptop. No surprise that 10% of the time the fingerprint unlock feature doesn’t recognize me. Also, power button is in a bad place on the side and exposed to being hit if carrying. But, other than that, I like it.

He did a computer just for work found this to be a good computer asus is a very Good computer and I’m happy with the way that they’re made

I am not a fan of ASUS products, but it works nicely. My daughter loves it. When I was setting it up, it reacted favorably and without issues.

I bought this laptop yesterday and I've had nothing but good luck with it, my last laptop was a Dell and I constantly had problems with it but this laptop has everything I would need in it!

We purchased this a year and a half ago for our daughter who is going to college. The speed is still great. She carries it to school and it is light weight. Good picture and sound. Plenty of memory. Great value!

My salesperson was excellent and assisted me in my purchase of this laptop. It's everything I needed and more. I was suprised that I actually spent less than Inhas planned. I've never heard of this brand until now. What an awesome laptop!!!

Good laptop do not like the Windows 10 Price Was okay Did not get a whole lot of help from the salesperson about the features this had.

It switches to Tablet mode or connect it to a monitor and use a desktop flawlessly. The MS Pen functionality is great. The 12 gigs of ram and 1 terabyte drive make it a great value.

Asus has always been good to me. The marketing for Best Buy said it came with a stylus but it doesn't. The computer works great thou
