Laptop is dead in 2 months

Called ASUS support, they are not even giving replacement. I'm not recommending this laptop to anyone. Please check other manufacturer instead.

Hinge broke

I have had this computer for a little over a year. I did not buy the protection plan as I never take this computer off of my desk. I do close the cover each evening when I turn the computer off. A few weeks ago, I opened the cover and one of the hinges broke. Took it back to Best Buy and since I didn't have the protection plan, the estimate was $150 to get it fixed. I never used it as a tablet so the hinge was never abused by turning the cover all the way back. I feel like I was ripped off as I paid a good price for this. Now I can't close the cover so won't be able to take it anywhere if I need to.

Watch out

I needed it for basic web surfing and access to word. What I got was a computer that ran extremely slow and constantly was updating! Would not buy again.
