Fast computer works great for completing school work, tasks for work or just streaming video's. The only problem I have had only occurred once when the mouse was non-responsive restarted and works fine now.

Purchased 2 of these laptops for my kids. Easy to setup . Touch screen and purchased pen are great for school worl..especially taking notes. No problems to report. Would purchase again.

HP once again came with great product for low price comparing to other brand PC's, very nice design, very fast and very nice features included. I definitely recommend this PC to a friend

This is a very nice basic laptop. Lots of storage and RAM (16). Only minor knocks, is that it's a very slow wake up, and only has two USB ports. Other than that, satisfied with this product at that price.

I received this laptop December 7th and I have enjoined it ever since. This laptop is multipurpose for beginners and advanced users. It is lightweight and I enjoy the lit keyboard.

This has been by far the best HP laptop I’ve bought so far, very reliable and fun to use. I really enjoy the touch screen and ability to fold it over into a tablet

My needs included both a high end computer and a tablet for use with our church Praise Band. Initially looked at Apple iPad Pro and Apple iMac Pro. Both great machines, but the cost would set me back several thousand dollars. Went to Best Buy, talked to a couple of the very knowledgeable staff, did some on-line reviewing and settled on the HP. Completely happy with my choice. I have a powerful, high-end laptop computer AND a tablet that is larger and clearer than any other on the market. I now have the best of both worlds at almost 1/3 the cost of a comparable set-up with Apple, without sacrificing power, performance, compatibility and aesthetics.

THis laptop is amazing and I love that it can be a tablet or a laptop and the touch screen is great for me and my family. My son loves playing games on the touch screen as a tablet.

I really like the slim style of this laptop. The keyboard has a light touch. The lighted keyboard is helpful if trying to work in low light. The screens are easy to navigate.

The size is just right to feel like a pro tablet but still a laptop. Very snappy response with the 16gb memory and plenty of space for all the new baby pic with the 1tb hd.

Bought to use for some medium graphic design projects, light gaming, and so far it has been excellent. The touch screen is responsive, I bought the bamboo pen and it is a great addition!

To be fair, I haven't bought a personal laptop for many years while using my Sony Vaio. So, I've been impressed with the tablet functionality, speed and display.

I bought this to replace a Lenovo which suddenly lost use of USB ports and external video. I use it for business, so that was a deal breaker. The specs speak for themselves. The picture quality is excellent. I connect to a Samsung HDTV as a second screen and the HP is better. Decent sound quality. Battery life is very good as well. I can easily go more than half a day of dedicated work without plugging in. It also retains charge while closed and not in use. If you buy this for home use, it will likely last all day. I hope it will stand the test of time, but for now I highly recommend.

Very nice machine. Very fast, nice display..clear, high quality, easy flip. Very light for easy travel. Number pad with larger '0' key for you financial folks.
