It had everything I wanted plus some. I appreciated the free setup appointment during which I was able to get some questions answered. So far the computer is great, but I am lacking a little in the new system and there was a class offered to me me get more comfortable with the operating system.

This computer did not disappoint. I use it daily and it travels with me everywhere I go. I've traveled alot in the past,two years and its been great no issues ar all...which is refreshing.

Powerfull, very good display, very fast, and light

It does not have optical drive, but external drive can be hooked up with USB, very simple. I bought it for my daughter who is a student at UCI, loves it because it is so light and powerful. Best Buy gives a discount for college students.

Never Again

Back to Geek Squad. Now overheating. Geek Squad says they have to send it in and it will be about 30 days. This is for my son to use for college. It wasn't a $249 computer but it works like one.

Good build descent performance

The cons are the fan noise. I'm mean it gets pretty loud for a laptop while doing minor tasks like browsing the web. The HDD is slow. Compared to an SSD it crawls. If you can opt for a SSD you will thank me later.
