the only reason I did not give this product 5 stars is simply due to not having this item long enough to determine reliability. the charger tends to get very hot when charging while using device. charger is fine when computer is shut down or in sleep mode. otherwise, so far so good.

I have been extremely impressed with this laptop. The battery could last a little longer than it does but overall it works for me. The sound system is great, the picture is amazing and I love how sleek it is. I would recommend this to any of my friends.

I bought this mainly because it met the guidelines that the college required. My daughter has had a chance to play around with it and seems to like it a lot. We shall see if that stays true once she starts classes in August. (Chemistry/bio- major)

Bought laptop for my daughter who was starting her freshman year of college. It's hard a real work out and has performed great. She can use all day and still have battery power. Lightweight easy to carry in backpack.

The laptop is fine, but the first time I got the laptop, it had touchscreen issues and then the next time, it had punctured keys and unaligned lower panel. I did not bother exchanging it once again but this is something thats really annoying.

This unit works like a champ it's graphics are awesome only downside to it are no CAT5 plug and no DVD drive. Most to and ones don't come with them anyway . I would highly recommend this unit to anyone interested in buying a two in one laptop

After a ton of researching I decided to go with this laptop- this is day 5 and I'm loving it! Got it at a great deal too considering the amount of memory it comes with! Sleek design is also a plus! So Far So Good!!

The pages are easy to move on the screen so it's easy to navigate from one page to the next. It has so many great features and is very user friendly. I highly recommend it if you're in the market for a new laptop.

I needed this computer to run some software that my Mac was unable to do.

I bought this computer for school. It has 2 USB ports and one of the newer ports that will allow it to continue to stay current in the future. It's a little heavier than I thought it would be but I've enjoyed it so far.

I bought this to replace a dying computer. I wanted it for audio recording/editing and some video work. It's very good for what I wanted but it is just a slight bit slower on the audio side than I had hoped it would be.

the laptop os really good, and it was easy for me to choose one with the help of the workers there, they really explained to me the difference of all of the lap tops and which one was better for me

I am so happy with this purchase. It is a great way to have two things in one. The laptop is light and thin so it is easy for me to take with me.

I really like this laptop. I looked at macs, but for what I needed for school a Mac was going to cost me three times more! My HP is serving me well & I love it. Think I made a great choice!

I purchased this computer for use while attending college level courses, not only did it meet my expectations, it has also replaced my desktop, and meets all my needs at home as well.

Setup was easy. Facial recognition was cool. Upgraded to Windows Pro. Used Hyper-V for creating virtual machines VMs. Sometimes it is thinking after startup and appears frozen but does return in a few.

I also love being able to use as a tablet. Only reason I gave only 4-stars: Seems to disconnect from the internet often. It's still better than the machine it replaced, so can't complain too much.

During a hp update, 2 months after having the machine I got a dumping physical memory message. I'm hoping it was resolved in the update but it sure didn't bode well for future error free operation.
