HP is very reliable. This is my third HP computer.

This is a 7th gen i7, so it is only dual core instead of the latest quad core i5 and i7 in 8th gen cpu's. May upgrade it. Silver backlit keys are hard to see when the lights are low, and you can't type well like me!

It's a great computer but you will need it do get fixed. It's an hp update glitch something about the windows 10 update not working properly. I do recommend it but you will have to fix this issue.

I bought this based on its reviews, but I have to say I am extremely disappointed. The mouse is annoying, it is slow to load programs or even connect to wifi. I don't mean the wifi is slow, I mean I am waiting several minutes until the computer decides to connect. Two weeks in, I am dealing with a black screen on startup after a windows update. All I use this computer for is school, and I can't even do that right now because I am all jammed up trying to do a system restore. Very disappointing.

Started out fine, but now when I start up I get a black screen after logging in and I have to do a work around in order to see my desktop. Disappointing.

Beautiful computer overall but the start up time was more than four minutes. Tried disabling apps that come on with start up but it didn’t help.

This device was a great price but the system itself was not worth the price. The device continuously has issues with sensors on the lower part of the keyboard and computer periodically freezes while performing a task. Other than those major issues, the computer has been a great buy along with the Geek Squad total support and the manufacture's warranty that covered all the repairs at the factory.

I had you used Restore services because this CPU already crashed on me and I had to use System Restore and services when I have just bought it.

Terrible laptop. I won't buy another HP laptop ever again. The software is constantly updating, the fan runs all the time and is loud. As soon as Microsoft does an update it gets jacked up. It ran poorly from the start. It looks great and packs a lot of punch for the price but it's not worth the software headaches.

Had issues with older apps. Geek Squad removed as many unused apps as we could easily identify.

Desktop wouldn’t load after 20 days black screen unable to reach HP for two days apparently it’s a known issue with HP laptops returned.

Bought at the end of July 2017, three and a half month later it crashed, I guess I paid my money for a design and not a real laptop

Computer doesn't shut down. and when I try to wake up computer from sleep mode, computer doesn't come up. This is so frustrating.

I would give this laptop a much higher rating if it weren't for the known Microsoft software issue in certain HP laptops. Including this model. Thankfully the Geek Squad tech that serviced my laptop had a work-around while Microsoft is still working on a "bug fix". The laptop runs fine now, but I am wondering what could go wrong next?

We purchased this for our freshman going off to college. It's been good so far.

New HP Envy defective. Sent back 2x’s for repairs.

Defective product, failure to launch on initial start up. I am currently on my third factory restore and spent hours on the phone with hp. Product was defective and could not start up and load updates correctly. I wish I purchased from a competitor that had a better return policy. I purchased this paper weight less than 30 days ago, but Best Buy only offers returns for 15 days. Trash, Trash, Trash, I wish I could exchange or receive a refund.

This laptop was heavier in weight than I expected. It was for college and wanted something more portable.

Computer is great other than the design. One of the hinges that should be durable enough to withstand minimum wear from laptop to notepad has already broke. You would think this would never be an issue for this design! Now I can't close or go to notepad or screen will come off. 18 months and typically only used in upright laptop position

I am so disappointed with Best Buy with the HP x360 envy laptop it delivered. The laptop has really loud fan noise and it makes clicking noise whenever it is turned ON. The quality of the product is horrible. I had multiple issues with this device.
