My mouse would not hold a charge after a year and half and bringing it back with this coverage made the process so effortless and I left with a new mouse and nothing out of pocket!

This Geek Squad plan has been worth every penny. I have able to use my product trouble free and with confidence that if I had any problems Geek Squad would handle it. Bought it since i have about 3 brands of smart watches and non red of them have lasted a year.

service agent was friendly when assessing the accidental damage to my device. Best Buy/Geek Squad shipped my replacement device quickly. the plan is definitely worth the money for what I bought, an expensive phone and didn't want to pay $15 per month to my carrier for protection. reasonable deductible ($200 for a Note 10+ replacement)

Great protection for the gift I gave my best friend! I feel protected knowing she will be able to get her watch fixed if anything happens!

Pretty good watch. I got to be honest though, not too much of a fan of the simple interface. I like to have colors and all that which I know depletes battery faster but I wish it didn't feel like it was made in 2005. Otherwise this watch is pretty good, not sure if the heart rate sensor is completely accurate as it won't go past 131 BPM.

Worth the price. Had issues in the past on devices and their warranty was able to help me out when I needed my watch fixed!

I never make a purchase without a protection plan these days. They help to ensure that when my product begins to act strange, has manufacturer issues, or just stops working that I am covered and can easily have it either fixed or replaced.

So far so good I have not used this. But, I had this for my former Samsung Gear Fit 2 and when the band had issues I took it in and I got all my money back because Samsung discontinued the watch. No questions asked or anything, I didn't even know they stopped making the Gear fit 2 when I took it in....

Can't complain, service is always great. I'm glad Geek Squad is there for the just in case.

Had to hold out til her parents posted...but soooooo proud of my cousin! She graduated in 3.5 years with 2 degrees from Penn State. I like the ease of use and its ability to track my fitness journey accurately. I dislike having to take it off to charge it since it can track my sleep patterns. Otherwise it works the way I expect it to.

The customer service is the best and as well as the most knowledgeable- they offer great advice and know which items are the best for your buck! You cannot go wrong with any Samsung products and I try to keep all products Samsung. Thank you BESTBUY for always Carring excellent products and giving us nothing but the best stuff to purchase.

I feel protected. I have never had to use them but I feel safe that if I have to use them I can count on them.

I've only used Geek Squad Protection Plans 1 time, and it was a flawless, hassle free interaction. Asked me my problem with the device, keyed a few things in and told me my replacement options. I decided to upgrade to the newer device and pay the difference (new product cost - original purchase price). Super easy.

I always get extra protection to anything I buy, it is worth paying a little extra and if you have the Total Tech they give you a 20% discount. Best Buy always has great deals and protection plans, my husband and I always renew the Total Tech yearly we've had it for 3 years now, and will keep on getting it.
