This is the first time I purchased the Replacement Plan from Best Buy for the MS Band 2. Within 2 months, the MS Band 2 just stopped working. Best Buy took it back without an issue, refunded the amount for the MS Band 2 and the amount of the Replacement Plan (as they were unable to replace the discontinued item)

BestBuy purchase warranty have always been pretty good with me. I hadn't had an issue with returning or exchanging a defective merchandise.

The team services is exceptional, every time that I have a issue with my devices the they always come out with the best solution.

The Fitbit have been prone to have their bands fail after intense workouts within two years. I have owned several different style Fitbits and love BB Geek Squad Protection Plans on these watches. Maybe I'm hard on these Fitbits, but love the accuracy and the fitbit app (over 4 years and going)!

If you do purchase the Garmin Vivo heart rate watch be sure to purchase a protection plan. My first watch lasted 11 months. Everything worked fine until the 11th month until the screen no longer reacted to my touch. Purchase the protection plan and save you the hassle of purchasing another one.

The Total Geek Squad (from Elizabeth to the very knowledgeable support team) has always been a huge help to a senior "no computer Geek" like me. I don't regret buying this protection.

Havent had to use it yet this time around but last time it was a quick easy replace when my watch started malfunctioning. Best thing to get for smart watches in my opinion as every one ive had tends to malfunction at some point.

The products that I purchase from Best Buy are great and I always make sure that I pay warranty from Geek Squad so I can make sure that if my product is damaged, I can go to Best Buy and speak to someone from Geek Squad to have my product repaired.

Watch is running strong love it and use it every day. Good for timing workouts, measure heart rate etc

I bought first protection plan on a fitness watch about 10 years ago. I’ve found that every one I’ve owned has not made the two year anniversary but longer than the manufacturer warranty. Nice to have protection plan to help cover replacement

I have used the Geek squad protection more times than I can count for various items. I bought this for protection package for my husband's new Asus zenwatch 2 smart watch. Hopefully nothing will go wrong with it, but if it does Geek squad protection gives me more time for the item to be repaired or replaced.

I like the squad because it's squad is a very good company and it helps people save money and save time in fixing technology and it helps people who can't fix it on their own have an easy way to fix it instead of having to buy a brand new device.

Purchased this for my Samsung Gear S3 Frontier since it cost $350 plus tax. This was a good investment since it covers the product for 2 years which includes accidental things that could happen so it was definitely worth the expense to receive peace of mind for a smart watch that was already pretty pricy.

There are tons of features. I would recomend this product too any outdoorsman from hunting fishing golf or even hiking
