This has been a great purchase as I bought my mother a laptop and she is able to use this support since she is New York and I'm in Texas

This is a coverage I am glad I bought. It has been used twice with out problems. And the item was replace both of those times

When my Gear 2 would not work, and Geek Squad agent arrange for a replacement. No Hassel. I would not buy a Gear watch without it.

The agents have been very helpful. Most recently I used this service to repair a cracked screen on my Note 9. The only downfall is the only location servicing the Note 9 is in Round Rock and we are in South Austin.

Every product I have had to use a plan, was replaced easily and once with an upgraded product due to availability. Saved tome and money.

not great for phones unless its iPhone or Samsung. For any other device like Google Pixel, they don't do part swaps, they want $199 service fee to replace it. Phone itself, by the end of the 2 years is already that price for the refurbished (which is what they send you). Really no point.
