Always super easy to use Best Buy geek squad, they make exchanges and returns easy.

Still getting use to a smart watch. Probably haven't used all the features but I like it so far.

original fitbit would not charge after about one year took it in under insurance and had no problem getting a new one in exchange

I purchase the protection plan for anything that qualifies. In most cases it beats having to buy an all new device.

Great to have just in case something does happen. It is much easier to run to the store than to sit on hold with Fitbit.
