They'll replace your things, but it might go up $20 for the warranty each year. Then you have to buy the $80 warranty when the next watch breaks.

I buy a Samsung Gear S2 for XMAS as a present for my boyfriend, it was a open box so there was a discount of 30 dollars plus the watch was down 50 dollas. Pretty good deal uhh? I also bought the two year protection plan. His watch broke so when he tried to returned to store as the watch was protected by the Geek Squad protection they charged him the difference to the regular price, so we lost all possible savings we were trying to take advatage in xmas. The store refused to gave us another watch without chargin us additional money. We end up paying 80 dollars...

I purchased a Samsung watch for my wife along with the two year protection plan. Unfortunately, the watch stopped working just after the two years.

I bought the warranty for my Fitbit and Ive already had to return the band twice!! I didnt have to pay the first time for the replacement but when I brought the band back the second time they made me pay $10. It covers wear so why am I still having to pay?? I would get the warranty because a whole new band sets you back $60ish bucks but I wish they were more transparent when it comes to things like this. If my band breaks a 3rd time am I going to pay $10, or $20?? Will it increase every time I make a return??? Not happy about this at all

Like all insurance, it's nice knowing we have it but if you never have to use it, it's hard to say if it was worth it and the only way to find out is of the Fitbit we bought it for malfunctions or breaks...but it seems like a fairly sturdy device.

The sales clerk painted a really nice picture of the service but it was not to be always an excuse and return service was longer than usual. I always say dont buy it but this time I did.

It is a great buy until you have to swap it out for another watch and then you’ll have to pay the difference and they should change you a bit still worth it i guess

Being able to switch exercise gear washes was great utilizing my plan to do so . I would definitely say just that if you still have money from the protection plans are always upgrade your watch a periodical.

Hopefully I will not need to use this service But I thought it might be worth the cost since the product that I purchased it to protect is expensive and basically a computer. And as we all know, computers break often.

Its a service contract. Not much to say... If you are clumsy or very active then its needed.

I'm glad I got this because I'm not all that gentle with my Alta screen but the corner of it peeled off within the first week and didn't seem sized to the screen well. It still does what it is supposed to though.

I don’t like the idea about pay for the insurance and also pay more de $100 if the item doesn’t and they have to replace it because they do not fix it.

Will never buy a product without one of these. just be careful with how you submit a ticket. Say the wrong thing and they will deny you.

the first year that you are pretty much wasting your money unless you have to get a total replacement. it won't do much for minor repair. Geek Squad tells you to send to manufacturing company for the 1st year.

This one cover your device once. In case of any think happen it replace your device, then you have to buy a new plan. The plan is one time use only.

Horrible. Took phone in because no o e could hear me on my watch. It was determined that the mic was broken. It was sent off to be fixed. When i got it back the said the screen was craked and the back was damange and they replaced and took my insura ce. ve tried calling w wryo e to show my geek squat intake had no damage to my watch it was brand new. They did the damage or postal. Mow i dont have insurance my watch is maugacter defective again says rebooting and ive been on the phone since 1 pm its 726 pm and im still on the pho e and ive rebought the insurance but they have the wrong ieminuber so samsung, best buy. Tmobile and sprint are just sending me in circles.

I don't like Geek Squad because of the simple fact; they don't give you back your taxes when you have to use your warranty to return your product.
