Always is an excellent service of Geek Squad Product Replacement. I never have problems with this service when I have troubles with my devices

not great for phones unless its iPhone or Samsung. For any other device like Google Pixel, they don't do part swaps, they want $199 service fee to replace it. Phone itself, by the end of the 2 years is already that price for the refurbished (which is what they send you). Really no point.

once a year we take out computers in for maintenance, updates etc. They have always done a great job

Ive always purchsed these protections because geek squad has always found a way to resolve any issues and are pretty quick. Havent had the need to use it thankfully. But i know that if i do it will be a good experience
