It's always a good idea to add protection when available. You never know when you might have an accident.

I don't normally purchase protection plans but did this time as my young adult kids have a habit of needing it.

Never had to use the protection but better to have it than not i guess.

Warranty was purchased and paid in full at $160 5/29/25 & Best Buy canceled on 12/8/25. Claimed to have refunded $61 for the policy. Geek squad can't/won't help or provide number to speak with anyone. At time of purchase the policy covered loss, theft, accidental damage with a replacement.

I always get the extra warranty cause you never know what could happen

Purchased as insurance for piece of mind. Helps me sleep at night

Geek squad is ok but they change there terms so much and it dosen't benefit the customer. It kind of make me want to only purchase apple products cause apple care is awesome. I hate that you always have to buy geek squad if you file a claim. Vs apple their care transfers over to the new product. Read the terms and agreements before you purchase.
