Very convenient service option for your gadgets. A little bit expensive but definitely worth it.

Whether it's a television, Computer or any other electronics, I protect my equipment. Recently my laptop broke after someone stepped on it on the plane getting to his seat. Best Buy Geek Squad replaced the glass and all is as good as new. It would have cost me over $500 for this repair. I'm already way ahead and still have about a year left on the guarantee. As I always say, "Better safe than sorry!"

The Moto 360 rounded design has become my favorite over the traditional square/rectangle design most other smart watches have. My favorite feature is that it has support for iOS so I can use it with my 6 Plus with the main features this watch has to offer. (Unfortunately it will require you to connect to an android device to set up but will not be needed once set up is complete.) Its affordable and looks great.

They always work out whatever issuues i have with Samsung products. It never take too long to have me back up and running. Thank you Geek Squad!!

I almost always buy warranties with big purchases, but have never had an easier time with getting a replacement. I brought in the defective product, they took a look at it, had me get a new one off the shelf and in less than 15 minutes I was out the door. I also had lost the receipt but they were able to find all my information using my address. I would be tempted to pay slightly more for a product just because of the ease of replacement with their warranty!

I was skeptical but when my Galaxy Watch had an issue, they exchanged it with limited questions asked. They even shipped it to me since my specific watch was out of stock. Arrived in 2 days.

I haven't needed to utilize my Geek Squad warranty yet. However, I'm glad I have it for reassurance that if a problem arises, the Geek Squad will take care of it.

I just used this warranty on my galaxy watch. The watch face was not responsive to touch any longer. They swapped it out for me at the store with a new one. They didn't have the exact model in the store, but offered to order it. Instead, I opted for the newest model that was stocked in store & only had to pay the $30 price difference. Of course I purchased a new warranty with it as well.

Best warranty I have ever had the pleasure of getting. You have two years to Swap out or return for a full refund on the product. Really gives you the comfort of getting something and not worrying about it breaking in the first year. You can really test out the product.

Have had the GSS on a few electronic Items. Never had an issue with needing a warranty replacement. No Hassles at all. They gave the New Replacement Item. Not a refurbished Item like some companies (cough uhm VZW uhm). I recommend getting this coverage on any electronic large ticket Item.

Smartwatch failed one month before the warranty expired so I returned the watch to Best Buy and was given store credit for what I spent on the watch original. No hassle quick easy return. I used that credit to purchase a new watch and an additional service plan for that one.

This watch is pretty great i would have to say the only thing that i dislike is how quickly the battery life decrease. In the beginning the watch would last about three days on a single charge. With only a year and a half of use it now lasts about a day and a half

For piece of mind, I bought this with my new printer, copier, scanner, faxing machine from Canon. Although I have not had to use it yet, I feel better having it, as I wrecked my last printer when it got gammed.

I am very rough on my items not purposefully just comes with the job. Ive never had issues getting items fixed or replaced always been hassle free. The squad in destin has always been a good group of people to work with.

was given the Samsung gear S3 watch for my birthday almost 2 years ago. My wife bought the extended warrantee. this past week the watch battery started to fail. was only getting about 7 hours life between charges. Not good. went to Best Buy with receipt. they gave me a STORE CREDIT gift card for the full purchase price of the watch plus tax. I then bought the latest generation of the same watch, with the extended Warrantee of course.
