They started the extended warranty when purchased and NOT when watch would have been and was activated on 12/27/20. I think that is a rip off....

Got the warranty, but the policies confused me

this was a joke
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the protection plan was a joke., It didnt cover what I was told and then would not replace it because they had to physically see what happened- despite me taking videos of when it was glitching and not working. I paid for a 2 year accidental protection plan that did absolutely nothing, but create more problems.
