I purchased the 2-year accidental protection package from Best Buy and I am so glad I did. After almost 2 years of owning and using a Fitbit Blaze, the tracker got extremely hot, melted, and would not come back on. BestBuy replaced the watch without a problem and honored the protection package without question. I would highly recommend Best Buy's protection package.

Excellent watch battery last long. Easy to connect to your phone good size too. Would buy again

A must for any electronic device. Don't be foolish and pass this up.

I have always used Geek Squad on every major purchase

I can read text and email and respond with the keyboard on it. This thing has the most accurate GPS. Better than my Garmin forerunner. The Garmin takes 5 minutes to gat an accurate GPS reading the band takes a couple of seconds. The health program is more than expected. The sleep tracking has me at the doctors and has had my doctor refer me to a sleep specialist. I am really pleased with the Microsoft Band.

I had this protection plan on my Galaxy active watch and boy was it a life saver. For some reason the watch started acting up and not wanting to turn on like 2 months before the protecting expired. I walked in had them inspect it and boom i got my money back to buy another watch.

Worth the price. Had issues in the past on devices and their warranty was able to help me out when I needed my watch fixed!

I don't think that I am particularly hard on the various products that I purchase, but on the rare occasions when something has broken or failed, I have had no problems getting a new replacement with the Geek Squad Replacement Plan. As I always say - Murphy's Law - if it's going to break, it'll be the day after the manufacturer's limited warranted expires.

Had to replace a smartwatch, and I had purchased this protection plan to go along with it. No hassle from Best Buy when I came in to make a claim, and they even let me pick out my new watch right then and there. I don't normally recommend service plans for electronics, but for things like wearables, they're a great deal, especially if you plan on working out with them on.

I used this plan for the 1st time. I broke the band on my Samsung watch. I thought they were going to fix the band, Instead they replace the entire watch. This was a plus. I never expected the entire watch replace. I recommend everyone by the protection plan.

So glad I bought this for my smart watch....the watch stopped taking a charge and BestBuy had a new watch in my hands withing about 10 minutes. Usually not a fan of these types of service plans because there is always a catch to using them....not here....it was worth every penny in this case!

I may not get this for every purchase, however there are some that I would not recommend leaving it off the purchase table. Small electronics, like smart watches, quality earbuds, computers, televisions, etc are items I would highly recommend it on... Has saved the day more than once.

I have used this service when my first watch stopped working while I was on vacation. Having the 2 year protection prevented me from having to buy a new watch.

I feel protected. I have never had to use them but I feel safe that if I have to use them I can count on them.

I really like this service and feel that it is worthy of the amount for an assurance of maintaining my items in top working condition and that I can come into best buy or use chat for feedback on an item if I have an issue

I recommend buy this warranty for the watch because this works perfect, when my watch have a year the battery began to discharge faster and just returned and got a new watch.

I purchased an extended warranty, 2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Product Replacement, offered for my Samsung Galaxy S3 because it's simply the smart thing to do. It's something you wear that is constantly at risk from hitting or bumping with something else on a daily basis. If one of those "bumps" is a little harder than most you can feel safe that Best Buy has your back.
