Haven't had to use it yet thank God but I wouldn't buy something this expensive without back up

Always get the protection no body builds things like they use to. Best Buy is always there if there is a problem.

if you dont sync the device daily, it will eventually add up and will never sync to the fitbit app. good thing I bought the 2 year plan from Best Buy

Make sure you cover your butt with this. Accidents happen and that's what this coverage is for.

I didn't have to use this, while I had the plan. I usually only buy it on smaller purchases. I like that I can return the item, within the year and get another one, if I want.

Geek dad protection is a valuable purchase. We have it on all of our major purchases.

Best decision was to purchase the extended replacement warranty on on my fitness bands since they are wearable and susceptible to damage and/or failure.
