I had to exchange my Fitbit twice as it they were defective. The warranty is worth buying although it depends which store you go to in order to use it. The Willow Glove, PA store made it a little difficult to exchange the product, but the Montgomeryville one was really helpful.

We aren’t much on warranties, but this was an exception. Well worth the money when we had to return an item a second time. Hassle free.
