Not quite sure if I like Accidental Geek Squad Product Replacements or not because I have only had one bad experience with it and never had to need it since. The one bad experience was on a TV I purchased several years ago and I ended up getting burned on that one because BBGS would not honor the repair. So I have mixed feelings so only 2 stars based on the cost is not bad for what your supposed to get if they will actually honor the repair.

I haven't had to use the replacement plan just yet. I have had my tablet for over a year and I would say I use it regularly. I am sure the warranty is worth it, but I have not had benefited from it just yet.

Haven't used so much. Every once in a while my newer laptop fans makes noise. Was told to use compressed air. Waiting for fan to totally fail so they may replace it? Getting closer to failure...

Havent had the need to use it yet. Although I once had an apple watch and the screen cracked. So its nice for an ease of mind especially if you plan to roll on the ground.

was returning it for a new one because the band started to fall apart only to find out it was not available any longer. However I was able to get a refund without any issues. Thank You.

Battery life diminished in less than 2 yrs. 40 mm screen to small to read.

Horrible. Took phone in because no o e could hear me on my watch. It was determined that the mic was broken. It was sent off to be fixed. When i got it back the said the screen was craked and the back was damange and they replaced and took my insura ce. ve tried calling w wryo e to show my geek squat intake had no damage to my watch it was brand new. They did the damage or postal. Mow i dont have insurance my watch is maugacter defective again says rebooting and ive been on the phone since 1 pm its 726 pm and im still on the pho e and ive rebought the insurance but they have the wrong ieminuber so samsung, best buy. Tmobile and sprint are just sending me in circles.

Haven't had to use the warranty yet, hopefully I won't need it, just wanted to be prepared since the cost was almost 400.00

Purchased the warranty, and ended up having to use the manufactures warranty in less than 5 months. Good to have, but not sure if it covers my new item replaced by Fit Bit

It vibrates after a ring,or text. It's a fit but and does not work as it should, when my phone rings , it vibrates after the phone stops ringing.

It was a waste of money! When we needed the device replaced at 13 months they said we had buy the updated model and wanted another $200

Geek Squad, although suffering to gain my confidence and approval as of lately, has in most cases assisted.

Worth the money for sure!! I purchase it every time I get a new watch.

The agents were not very helpful, when I needed to learn my new Samsung Galaxy Active smartwatch. None of them were experienced about my new smartwatch. This was before the COVID-19 happened. But when I needed help online to reset my watch they were very helpful.

Wasn't told you can only use it once,unfortunately i work a lot and have damaged it again

I bought the protection plan for my applewatch since it covers pretty much everything that could happen to it except theft.

I have had to replace watch 4 times since there is no band replacement. I have no problems with the watch itself. The wrist band is a poor design.
